Fam-Lock was set up to fix that end of it. The website takes the whole intake conversation and turns it into one organised request with a reference number, so a job is documented before a wheel turns. What is left is the actual work: getting material where it needs to be, on the day it was promised, and saying so when something changes.
The name is family. That is the standard the work is held to.
